The Story of

Our Restaurant

The name Toyosu Buffet comes from the Japanese characters 「豊洲」: 「豊」 means abundance and richness, and 「洲」 refers to a riverside sandbank or island. For us, Toyosu represents a generous table and a constant flow of fresh choices. The name also brings to mind Japan’s famous seafood market culture—respect for ingredients, a focus on freshness, and a commitment to quality.

That is why, from the very beginning, we decided that a buffet should not only be “a lot”, but also “truly good”. Every day we serve the comforting, lively flavors of traditional Chinese stir-fry dishes, along with the refinement of Japanese sushi and teppanyaki. We also offer Korean fried chicken, Vietnamese pho, Asian salads, and a wide selection of desserts and ice cream—so everyone can find their favorite bite. As more guests fell in love with the fun of cooking and grilling together, we added hot pot buffet and Korean BBQ buffet—turning a meal into a shared experience.

"Tasty food, pleasant staff. The only "all you can eat" place i'm able to recommend. The choice is somewhat modest durring morning menu, but I wanted miso, some sushi and some veggies, and everything was delicious. Everything is clean and the staff is doimg their best. The ingrediets could be listed a bit more clearly, but i'm sure the staff would be able to help me if i'd have any questions. Overall a great experience."

"Can't attach photos as we have eaten a lot. Came on Sunday when it's most expensive with teppanyaki included but there was a -20% discount so it was ~20 per person. 1. I really liked the quality and freshness of salmon and fish in general 2. When we were there I think way over 90% of items were available and were replenished very fast 3. The choice is quite varied with many meat, seafood and vegetable options. 4. Teppanyaki we chose were shrimp, squid and white fish and all were cooked absolutely perfect at the spot by the chef, had some with garlic sauce which was delightfully garlicky 5. Tables were cleaned pretty fast by a dedicated person 6. Music is quite calm and overall the vibe was very relaxing at that time 7. Chicken breading was delicious and crispy Absolutely recommend!"
